标题[请问] 这款平板电脑的笔记软体是什麽？

在网路上看到的，请问这款平板电脑作笔记的软体是什麽呢？
当中萤光笔和蓝色笔的注记应该是使用者的笔记，看起来就像是纸本笔记一样，
蛮不错的。
想请教一下知道的朋友，谢谢！
