标题[请问]ebay标到东西但ebay的货运公司说无法寄送?

已经在ebay上提供寄送地址如下
No.2-2, Minquan Rd.
Hualien Hualien County 970
Taiwan
但是对方却寄信来如下
Your order of eBay Item #: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx is currently on hold with our
shipping partner. Unfortunately the address you provided in the order is
unrecognised within our shipping system. We want to send the item to you, but
we will need a physical address to provide to our shipping partner.
我目前再回他的地址也是

不知道为什麽对方会说这地址无法寄达？
同样的地址在欧洲的网站购物 美国加拿大 甚至日本都ok
不知道是哪里写错疏忽了呢orz
对了这是从英国发货的
如果是因为台湾不被承认 那就不能寄到这也很奇怪阿囧...
