网页版已更换至新的凭证, 由 Let's Encrypt 签发,
已知下列旧版的浏览器会有无法浏览的情形,
错误讯息可能为「凭证错误」等.
- Windows XP SP3 或更旧版之作业系统
- Android 2.3.5 或更旧版之作业系统
- Blackberry OS 10, 7, & 6
- Nintendo 3DS
