标题[问题] 这是过敏还是汗疹吗

最近小腿有点痒所以常抓。。
结果越来越大
不知该如何是好。最近出国出差一个月
如果在美国可以直接买到什麽药膏吗。。另外他会热热的而且好痒。。
请问这是。
