我是乐以媛，来自台湾，曾於1982年在阿拉巴马奥本大学读硕士学位，自认是一位亲美人 士，因爲在那个时代，美国少有阶级区分，种族意识愈发开放，一般民众善良有礼，常对 陌生人伸出援手，可以在合法取得居留身份後融入美国社会公平竞争，享有相对开放的生 活及工作环境。 40年过去了，美国变了，各大城市游民四处，对亚洲面孔尤其是华人移民带有敌意，甚至 公然在公开场合辱骂或殴打华人。美国人的自信、爱心和礼貌去哪儿了？多年以来基建没 有更新，阻碍人民和物资有效移动，灾害来时就是缺水又缺电。政府每年税收花到哪儿了 ？ 这次洛山矶山林大火至作者1/26截稿已经延烧近三周，所幸已经降下大雨，可以将各地点 的火势相当程度地控制住。根据1/17发布的综合性报导，至1/16总计有600万居民受到大 火的严重威胁。烧掉万栋以上民宅，其中富人豪宅区占很大比例。至目前为止超过27人死 亡，财务损失估计超过3000亿美元，也烧出政府治理失能的不堪，及被财团把持、予取予 求的社会不公和不义。 大火後烧成灰烬的现场犹如遭战争摧毁的家园。受灾户在冬天的洛杉矶，生活从丰衣足食 瞬间居无片瓦，身心损伤之巨绝非保险理赔可以偿清。我们在台湾除了表达诚挚的慰问， 没有其他方法能解当地居民的切身之痛和财产损失。 综整全球各方媒体、自媒体相关报导，这次洛杉矶大火不同於近年来每年夏季发生的山火 ，在於许多超乎寻常的「巧合」，都从气象科学来寻求解释。例如，山火在乾旱及焚风助 长下，一发不可收拾，星星之火也被吹得到处散布，造成多处火区。2023年洪灾让植被大 量生长，经历了2024年最为高温的酷暑及最乾的雨季，造就2025年的年初就开始的山火。 西方人少有因果轮回的观念，从不认为自己这一生所做所为会为现世造成甚麽恶果，更不 用提来世冤冤相报的承担。对於风气败坏、枪枝泛滥、「零元购」恶法等等的姑息养奸， 成为大家承受共业的部分社会现象，没有人从业力循环在现世就能产生巨大恶果的角度做 各种学术研究或政治论述，作为教育和端正民风及社会体制的反省。 华尔街掌控金融、军火、能源、农粮、矿藏、科技的大亨、寡头们，在政府运作机制下， 假美国二战以後如日中天的国势和所谓「民主自由」的价值观，到处充当「世界警察」维 护被美国及其盟友定义的「国际规则与秩序」，将全球资源为己所用。从1990年8月开始 的波斯湾战争及随後的伊拉克战争推翻海珊总统；接着阿富汗战争和在乌克兰与俄罗斯对 抗的代理人战争，均造成大量的伤亡和难民。更有甚者，因为「坚定支持以色列」而罔顾 加萨走廊的巴勒斯坦几近於种族灭绝的不对称轰炸和杀戮，加萨全境均成为难民营，官方 统计死亡超过46,000人，民间团体估计超过64,000人死亡。凡此种种又怎能以「民主自由 和人权」的口号来搪塞到处搧风点火、输出武器军火，在全球各地建立军事据点就近支援 当地冲突来达到政治和经济收割的目的? 几十年下来，外显的军事实力造成穷兵黩武，耗尽国库资源，让国内交通、水电、教育、 生产等等基础建设停滞不前，却肥了几家军工巨头。美国政府从联邦到各州如何治理，是 美国自己的内政，外人无缘也无权置喙，但上述少数几个例子所凸显的假「人道」之名干 预别国内政，造成他国政治动荡、经济凋敝、难民流离失所，甚至如加萨或乌东地区的一 片焦土，其惨状可能只有洛杉矶大火的灾民可以稍加体会吧! 而犹太人在加萨屠杀、约旦 河西岸巴勒斯坦人聚居地缺乏人道的对待，及在黎巴嫩、叙利亚等国肆无忌惮的攻伐，一 方面受到美国无条件的姑息和军火支持，一方面也全面控制美国的金融以及几乎全方位国 家资源，予取於求，毫不遮掩，可谓是资本主义下最大的受惠者，洛杉矶大火消防缺水的 原因，只是冰山一角。像这样的思想体系、权谋以及实际作为後的结果，在全球以及美国 本土制造不公和仇恨，可谓罄竹难书。 对於东方以中国文化为主的天人合一思想体系，讲求合於天道、遵从天理，相信因果轮回 的自然规律。以媛忝为在台湾的中国人，斗胆用「天地收圆」来解释本次洛杉矶大火的奇 特行径和造成的巨量财物损失，背後代表的意义。以美国纯西方的思维不见得信服，却是 不得不臣服的牛刀小试。天地要制造焚风、龙卷风、乾旱、涝灾等气候现象是信手捻来的 伎俩，人类则疲於奔命难以处理。 美国政治领袖可以号令天下的底气，需要以实质的普世真理而非西方一己的价值观来强加 於人。做到真正敦亲睦邻、共好共荣，而非霸气争夺，制造矛盾冲突。川普总统於今天宣 誓上任之际，在其就职演说中标示的「上帝解救他免於暗杀，就在授予他解救美国，让美 国再度伟大。」彰显另一段美国式的倨傲作风的开始，希望不会带来更多的仇恨、冲突及 战争。 此次个人不揣冒昧，以「超级生命密码系统」学员的身分，向美国政府提出善意的建言， 目的在於呼吁大家在哀悼洛杉矶大火受难者及受灾户，遇到美国史上最大的火灾损失，让 美国富豪及民众浅尝一下加萨和乌东地区受战争摧残难民的痛苦，可以真正停听看，记取 大火背後传达的天地警讯和教训，避免不知道在何时何处会再引爆的另一个灾难。在此非 常时期，不论个人、族群、国家都需要积极学习并落实「爱与感恩」，以「善良」成为做 人处事的原则，或可为安居乐业、国泰民安，世界和平尽一分力。 喜 怒 哀 乐 人人有！ 尽量说出来吧！加油。 To whom it may concern, My name is Dr. Eva Yueh. I am from Taiwan, studied for a master's degree at Auburn University, Alabama in 1982. I consider myself a pro-American person because in that era, there was little class distinction in the United States, racial consciousness was increasingly open, and the public was kind and polite. By lending a helping hand to strangers, you can integrate into fair competition in American society after obtaining legal residence status and enjoy a relatively open living and working environment. 40 years have passed, and the United States has changed. Homeless people are everywhere in major cities. People tend to be hostile to Asian faces, especially Chinese immigrants, and even openly insult or beat Chinese people in public. Where has the confidence, love and politeness of Americans gone? The infrastructure has not been updated for many years, which has hindered the effective movement of people and materials. When disasters strike, there is a shortage of water and electricity. Where does the government spend its tax revenue every year? The Los Angeles wildfires had been burning for nearly three weeks. The good news is that the wildfires have been brought under preliminary control, thanks to the blessings of rainfall. According to a comprehensive report released on January 17, a total of 6 million residents were seriously threatened by the fire as of January 16. More than 10,000 houses were burned down, a large proportion of which were luxury homes owned by the rich. The municipal authorities have yet to announce when the fire will be completely extinguished. So far, more than 27 people have died and the financial losses are estimated to be more than 300 billion US dollars. It has also exposed the government's dysfunctional governance and the social injustice and unfairness that is controlled by the consortium and can do whatever it wants. The scene that was reduced to ashes after the fire looked like a home destroyed by war. In Los Angeles in the winter, the victims' lives went from being well-fed and well-clothed to being homeless in an instant. The physical and mental damage they sustained was so severe that it could never be compensated by insurance claims. Apart from expressing our sincere condolences, we in Taiwan have no other way to alleviate the pain and property losses suffered by the residents. Based on relevant reports from various media and self-media around the world, the Los Angeles fire this time is different from the wildfires that have occurred every summer in recent years in that many of the extraordinary "coincidences" can be explained by meteorological science. For example, wildfires, fueled by drought and foehn winds, became uncontrollable, and sparks were blown everywhere, creating multiple fire areas. The floods in 2023 caused a large amount of vegetation to grow, and the hottest summer and driest rainy season in 2024 caused the wildfires that began at the beginning of 2025. Westerners rarely have the concept of cause and effect and reincarnation. They never think that what they do in this life will cause any bad consequences in this life, let alone the responsibility of revenge in the next life. The corruption of morals, the proliferation of guns, the "zero-dollar shopping" law, and other social phenomena that have become part of the common karma that everyone bears, have not been studied or researched from the perspective that the cycle of karma can produce huge consequences in this life. Political discourse serves as a reflection on education and the rectification of public morals and social systems. The United States is at its peak after World War II, acts as "world police" everywhere to defend so-called "democracy and freedom" values, and to protect the "international rules and order" defined by the United States and its allies. The tycoons and oligarchs on Wall Street who control finance, arms, energy, agriculture, mineral resources, and technology, under the government's operating mechanism, use global resources for their own benefit. The Persian Gulf War that began in August 1990 and the subsequent Iraq War overthrew President Saddam Hussein; followed by the Afghanistan War and the proxy war against Russia in Ukraine, all of which resulted in large numbers of casualties and refugees. What’s more, because of United States’ “firm support for Israel”, Americans ignored the asymmetric bombing and killing of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, which was close to genocide. The entire Gaza Strip has become a refugee camp with more than 2 million people suffering in the hell. Official statistics show that more than 46,000 people have died, and civil groups estimate that more than 64,000 people died. How can we use the slogan of "democracy, freedom and human rights" to justify fanning the flames everywhere, exporting weapons and ammunition, and establishing military bases around the world to support local conflicts in order to achieve the goal of political and economic harvest? Over the past few decades, the overt military strength has led to militarism, exhausted national treasury resources, caused domestic infrastructure such as transportation, water and electricity, education, production and manufacture to stagnate, but enriched several military-industrial giants. How the U.S. government governs itself from the federal level to the state level is the United States' own internal affairs. Outsiders have no right to comment on it. However, the few examples mentioned above highlight the interference in other countries' internal affairs in the name of "humanitarianism", which has caused political turmoil, economic decline, Refugees are displaced, and even Gaza and eastern Ukraine are scorched earth. Only the victims of the Los Angeles fire might be able to understand the tragedy! The massacre in Gaza, the lack of humane treatment of Palestinians in the West Bank, and the reckless attacks of countries such as Lebanon and Syria are all carried out by Jews and supported by the unconditional connivance and arms of the United States on the one hand, and Jews also enjoy the full control of the United States' finance and almost all national resources on the other hand. They take whatever they want without any concealment, which can be described as the underworld of capitalism. The biggest beneficiary, the reason for the water shortage for the Los Angeles fire fighting, is just the tip of the iceberg. As a Chinese living in Taiwan, I would like to use the phrase "the heaven and earth come full circle" to explain the strange behavior of the Los Angeles fire and the huge property losses it caused, and the meaning behind it. It may not be convincing from the purely Western thinking of the United States, but it is a small test that one must succumb to. It is easy for heaven and earth to create climate phenomena such as foehns, tornadoes, droughts, and floods, but humans are exhausted and unable to deal with them at all. The confidence that American political leaders can command the world ought to come from imposing substantive universal truths rather than the West’s own values on others. We should truly promote good neighborliness and live in harmony with each other, rather than engage in hegemonic competition and create conflicts. When President Trump was sworn in today, he stated in his inaugural address that "God saved him from assassination, and gave him the power to save America and make America great again," marking the beginning of another era of American domination. Hopefully, it would not stimulate more hatred, conflicts, and wars. This time, I personally would like to offer good-intentioned advice to the US government. My purpose is to call on everyone to mourn the victims and affected households of the Los Angeles fire, which has caused the largest fire loss in US history, and enabled the rich and the people to experience the suffering of the refugees devastated by the war in Gaza and eastern Ukraine. If the US Government can really stop and listen, remember the warnings and lessons from the fire, another disaster that may explode at any time and place might be avoided. During this extraordinary period, individuals, ethnic groups, and countries all need to actively learn and implement "love and gratitude" and make "kindness" the principle of life and work, so that they can contribute to a stable life, a prosperous country, and world peace.
