一、只服从来自内在的命令。
Obey no orders except those from within.
二、生命本身就是唯一的神。
The only God is life itself.
三、真理就在内在，不要向外寻求。
Truth is within, do not look for it elsewhere.
四、爱就是祈祷。
Love is prayer.
五、空就是真理之门，它是手段、目的与成就。
Emptiness is the door to truth, it is the means,
the end and the achievement.
六、生命就在此时此地。
Life is here and now.
七、「完全清醒」的活着。
Live fully awake.
八、别游泳、要飘浮。
Do not swim, float.
九、死於每一刻，你才会每一刻都焕然一新。
Die each moment so that you are renewed each moment.
十、停止寻找。只需要「停和看」。
Stop seeking. That which is, is: stop and see.
