标题[问题] 所上的考古题

1.Three processes fostered in their organization by managers include:
做了仿间的参考书籍,居然发现有两个正确答案:
(A)Renewal,Competence-building,Entrepreneurial
(B)Planning,Organizing,Controlling
这题在不同年度出现过,补习班老师两年给的答案都不一样
请问到底是A还是B呢
2.A mechanistic organization includes the following characteristics
except:
(a)functional division of work
(b)detailed job descriptions
(c)rapid rate of new product development
(d)efficient communication within the function
我选E 但正确答案写D ,请问是解答错了,还是我错了呢?
不好意思 ~想说考古题直接来这里问~想说各位之前做考古题应该有做到~所以来这问..
