标题[M.D.] ATK固定?

印象中，时限解除、BF疾风这一类「效果处理当下数值加倍或减半」的效果，
会有所谓「固定」的效应。
也就是在经过时限解除、BF疾风等效果「固定」以後，
如悲剧魔物、魔导师之力这一类会自体数值变化的效果，
或者现有装备卡等的减少，不会让该怪兽产生数值变化。
刚发生装备ZW雷神猛虎剑的希望皇开加倍机会攻击AOJ灾难兽时，
以装备代破後发生加倍固定後ATK-1200的情形，
请问正常吗？
