这个我要来讲一下 原文是出现在2019/4/3公布的TCG大赛规章

这次的更新其实改了很多小细节 主要都是在针对比赛进行的秩序管控
其中 第II章I款(Section II Subsection I) 就是被台湾网友讥讽为「肥宅条款」的段落
原文如下
--
You are expected to be clean when you enter a tournament. Neglecting to wash
or put on clean clothes contributes to an unpleasant atmosphere at the event,
as the tournament can be crowded and the day can be long.
Persons who neglect self-care to the point that they are negatively impacting
the tournament may be asked to correct the issue in order to continue in the
event.

因为KONAMI给的说明是「参赛者须穿着整齐，不得散发难闻的体味，否则会有处罚」
If you or your clothing is excessively dirty or bad-smelling, you can be
penalised.
这件事在我这边的群组也是各种讨论 崩溃的美国酸民也是不少XD
不过其实会订这样的条款 倒不是针对任何人 而是KONAMI对旗下的活动开始重视
这几年全程网路直播的比赛越来越多 加上大型比赛开始卖门票走向娱乐化经营
游戏王的比赛渐渐变成一种「Show」 当然对整个活动的水准要求会变得更严格
美国这边穿着邋遢 不修边幅的人真的不少 比你我想像的还要多
再加上玩牌这件事又不是工作 很多人出门打牌是不会去特地整理仪容的
不这麽要求的话 对於这种娱乐化经营的发展方针会有不利的影响
试想全世界都看得到得直播画面上是一群国动或是统神流穿着...
LOL的比赛直播都没这麽夸张 起码比赛选手会穿得像个样子
後续社会会对这活动有什麽观感 剩下的就不用我多说了吧
其他还有像是 Section II Subsection G. Unacceptable Behavior 也有更新
You may not wear headphones during a match.
不准戴耳机 因为怕你作弊 而且边打牌还挂着耳机给人很轻浮的观感
You may not eat or drink at tournament tables, including between rounds.
比赛会场不得吃喝 因为有碍观瞻及会场整洁
If you attend an event in costume, you may not wear any masks, hoods, etc.,
that cover your face during the registration process or during any Duel.
You are responsible for ensuring that your costume or accessories will not
damage tournament property or injure other persons at the event.
Face paint or makeup that obscures or hides your face is also prohibited.
选手禁止穿戴面具、夸张的化妆、Cosplay式的穿着
总而言之 就是为了提升游戏王的形象 才在大会规则上做这样的更动
有个老美cue我问说我的看法 我告诉他 我好希望OCG立马跟进
所以我说 台湾什麽时候要引入TCG规章的第II项第G&I款呀www
