标题[问题] 请教拨打toll free call 的方式

请问大家可以教我怎麽打toll free call 吗？
最近想从台湾跟澳洲银行联络更改个人资料
银行有提供toll free number
不过我尝试用Skype和手机拨号都显示空号
不确定是不是我拨的方式有问题
