标题[问题] 没有收到澳洲签证信

亲人去澳洲working holiday，
签证已经过了，也有签证号码，
但是却迟迟没收到签证信，
想从IMMI下载，点grant letter，却显示：
This application has been granted.The grant letter for this application cannot be viewed at this time. Please refer to correspondence.
因为现在NAB没有信不让她开户，
请问该如何解决呢？
