今天收到代办中心的一封信

Dear Spirit Applicant,
上周，美国国务院支会Spirit Cultural Exchange及其他所有J-1Summer Work/Travel承
办单位，2010年之J-1Summer Work/Travel类之SD2019文件核发名额删减20%，该条款立即
生效。该项异动国务院再颁布之前并没有通知任何J-1Summer Work/Travel承办单位。国
务院表示，该决定是因为美国境内持续的的高失业率及对经济持成长的未知性。
The United States Department of State (DOS) informed Spirit Cultural Exchange
and the rest of the J-1 Summer Work/Travel sponsor community late last week
that 2010 DS2019 allowance levels for all J-1 Work/Travel sponsors would be
cut by 20% effective immediately. This move by DOS was made without any
warning to the sponsor community. According to DOS, this decision was based
on the continuing high unemployment rate in the United States and the
uncertainty of the economy.
也因为此项重大的年度DS2019名额删减，Spirit Cultural Exchange必须被迫终止所有新
的申请并取消已被专案接受的学生。对我们所有的申请者，我们对这项宣布感到非常抱歉
。
Considering the late timing of this significant reduction in our annual
allowance of DS2019 forms, Spirit initially expected to be forced to stop
accepting new applications and cancel many applications already accepted into
the program. We apologize for the difficult situation this creates for you,
our valued participant.
Spirit Cultural Exchange在各地的收件单位将会解释这项重大决定会对您的申请有何影
响。
Spirit’s cooperating sending office in your home country will explain to you
how this development will affect your Spirit program application.

因为代办过程中他说美国说工读的时间期限从9/30改9/19
时间已经缩短
其他人有遇到这种状况过吗?
他们是要把我们转去台北的美加游学代办
美加代办费多少阿????
