On the application when asked "Can you furnish proof you are eligible to work in the U.S.", you want to check "yes". This question is listed in the "Work Eligibility" section. Both you and your friend will need to list each others name on your applications in the area "Applying with a friend?". This information will help us keep your applications together so you will both be placed at the same location. If you are both traveling together, both of your dates should match. We will begin reviewing applications mid-December. However, your friend should contact CIEE and make arrangements to attend the job fair and meet our International Hiring Representative who will be in Taipei, Taiwan on October 21st. 用中文简单的摘要 身为美国公民是不得透过代办机构参加WAT计画的 如果要和朋友(非公民)一起前往，两人都必须在申请表上填写对方的名字， 且出发日期同时，才能够被分配到同一区。 YNP方面会再十二月中旬时开始审查履历，非公民的朋友必须要在10/21的road show 和YNP的代表见面。 大概就是这样^^ 给以後若有公民身分的朋友参考一下罗 --
