My name is Julie. I work at Zagora cafe busch garden. Whatever happened is my co-worker came to Zagora café one of them with the one day meal wrest band, and they asked me if they can share the food with other people who has a wrest band At the moment, I didn't know the wrest band cannot be transferred or shared. B ecause there are many customers shared it with their friends and families, and it is allowed. I told them that should be OK and the person who has wrest band must presen ts at the time they check out, so I can make sure they do have a wrest band. so they took the food without paying and they still want to order the fries. So they asked me if they can get that for free, and I said no because they have to pay for another side order. Then one guy told me he doesn't have enoug h money to pay. so they don't want the fries. I tried to return the money for my co-worker , but they've already left so I kept the mo ney in the cash drawer as usual and made the receptor "void" (the receipt I ke pt in the cash drawer as usual ). After they took the food and left, supervisor came out and asked me why I gav e them free food, and I told her that one of them has wrest band and I can fin d him to prove it. and my supervisor just told me back to work and talk to her after work cause she didn’t want to listen what I tried to say. I did not give them free food. They didn't pay anything because they had wrest band at that time. I was follo wing the rule that made by company and wasn't giving any free food to anybody. No one ever told me that wrest band cannot be shared or transferred, before th is happened. and now I have no money to pay my rent for the next two months, and I don't know why they fire me because nobody told me there is no sharing at the wrest band before, How should I know it!!
