我的也被退回了 但是因为我忘了签名.... 哈哈哈 在此有几个问题想请问大家 他寄来我的原退税资料和一张"notice 649" 上面有一点写到: We require a Power of Attorney or court certification in all other instances when someone other than the taxpayer is signing the return.
