Windows 10的最新正式版Fall Creators Update
，版本号为1709 build 16299.15，昨晚释出了。
而"手动"升级的工具也已放上微软网页：

目前有三种升级方式：
1. 内建Windows Update：分批推送，不一定能立即取得。
2. "升级工具"下载网址：
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=799445
或由上方微软网页"立即更新"钮下载。
下载、执行就能立即取得更新。
3. "立即下载工具"下载网址:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209
或由上方微软网页"立即下载工具"钮下载。
下载、执行就能立即取得安装ISO档或制作安装USB碟(皆可用於更新)。
