标题[平板] Surface content的规格能支援usb-C吗?

想请问surface contect接头的传输速度是多少?
之前好像有看到国外新闻说会推出new surface pro用的usb-c转接器
但好像3个月过去都没下文
看了一下外接规格好像只有surface contect可能拿来转接
不知道能不能上thunderbolt 3来外接显示卡
