标题[问题] Win11的拖拉档案到工具列开启

我看很多地方都写在22H2後这功能就回来
例如Windows 11 Drag & Drop to the Taskbar (Fix)这软体的网站上就写

UPDATE: Windows 11 22H2 (build 22621 and 22622, released in September 2022)
restores the drag & drop functionality natively, so this program is not longer
needed.
但我已经是22H2很久了
