标题[问题] 原WIN7快速输入日期时间快捷键 WIN10有吗

作业系统：Win10
Service Pack：1809
发生问题频率：每次
是否有做Windows Update：有
问题内容：原WIN7在EXCEL档案，英文模式底下KEY入快速键
ctrl+; 会跑出现在日期
ctrl+shift+; 会跑出现在时间
请问WIN10有同样的功能吗?因为在WIN10同样的EXCEL版本输入无法跑出
