标题[问题] 为何用VLC打开mp4档，会启动OneDrive？

发生问题频率：几乎每次
是否有做Windows Update：有
问题内容：
一、平时并没有使用OneDrive。
二、但用VLC portable版本打开mp4档，就会启动OneDrive。
三、想问看看如何不要让OneDrive启动而跳出视窗？
