标题[问题] win 7 开机问题

最近win 7开机会出一个黑画面,内容如下:
Checking file system on C:
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Volume label is (乱码).
One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency.
You may cancel the disk check,but it is strongly recommended
that you continue.
差不多等个9秒後,就会再接着出现以下的内容
Cannot open volume for direct access.
Autochk cannot run due to an error caused by a recently installed software
package.
Use the system restore feature from the control panel to restore the system
to a point prior to the recent software package installation.
以上显示完毕後,就可以正常进入作业系统,使用电脑~
目前已使用过磁碟重组和检查,硬碟并无发现任何问题
以上内容每次开机都会再出现,造成困扰！ 希望大家可以帮忙解决！Thanks！

1F：→ elfwind :更换一下磁碟C的label,用chkdsk c: /f 检查 09/24 21:03

防毒不是小红伞,是使用卡巴斯基! 之前使用卡巴都是正常,感觉应该不是防毒问题^^
