标题[除错] 电脑突然不能开机，出现错误画面

MB ：技嘉
（厂牌、型号）
RAM：2G
（厂牌、频率、容量）
HDD：日立320G、WD1T
（厂牌、容量）
PSU：随机
（厂牌、型号、瓦数）
O.S：windows 7
（版本、SP？、整合）
规格有些都忘了 orz
﹝问题详述﹞
今天起来要用电脑的时候发现的，开机开到一半电脑就会跳到错误画面，
如以下画面：

external USB drive while the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such as a
hard drive or CD-ROM drive that is failing. Make sure any removable storage is

﹝已做努力﹞请详述已经试过的解决方法或已经查过的资料说明
尝试要从安全模式登入不过无效，
上网查过，拿出win7光碟想要修复，
一样出现同样错误，不知道是不是没有成功光碟开机…
麻烦大家了，如果知道怎麽解请告诉我 orz
