标题[问题] 无法灌回XP

我的情形是,想从vista灌回XP...

以前想直接从vista灌回XP就会出现以下蓝色画面
A problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent
damage to your computer.
If his is he first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your
computer.
If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives
or hard drive controllers check yor hard drive to make sure it is properly
configured and terminated.
爬文後,听说微软会档vista灌回XP 我以为是因为这样的问题
所以我直接把硬碟拆出来接外接盒 在别台电脑把它format掉了
但是现在还是一样,在进到格式化画面前,就又出现一样的blue screen death
我觉得怪怪的 所以就和朋友借另外一片XP光碟
但是这次连这个讯息都没有跑
只默默的出现几行字
"NTLDR is missing..
press ctrl + shift + del to restart"
请问一下 这个状况要怎麽克服呢?
