Venus Williams has pulled out of next week's Rogers Cup women's tournament in
Toronto, according to a report in the Toronto Star.
Reasons for Williams' withdrawal were not immediately available.
Former world No. 1 Amelie Mauresmo withdrew Monday, but current No. 1 Justine
Henin and second-ranked Maria Sharapova are still scheduled to compete.
