Williams, a Palm Beach Gardens resident, will be part of the U.S. team despite missing the Australian Open and most of last season because of injuries. "Venus is going to play and I'm really excited about that," Garrison said Monday. "She is doing well and is very hungry and is looking forward to coming back and playing" The roster of the four-person team does not have to be finalized until 10 days before the competition. The U.S.-Belgium matches will be April 21-22 at the Delray Beach Tennis Center. Garrison said she does not know if Serena Williams, who won the Australian Open this weekend, will join her sister on the team. "I've been talking to her agent and we'll have to see," Garrison said. "I want to give her a little time to settle down after her Australian win." -- --
