之前的纪录是大威在1998苏黎世对上皮姐赛末点的127MPH
这个纪录已经保持了快八年
但是在辛辛那提
今年刚复出的35岁老将Brenda Schultz-McCarthy
星期六在会外赛第一轮发出了130MPH @@ (不要怀疑他35了)
但他还是 2-6 4-6败给美国的Cohen
今天小威的第一轮比赛也发出了追平大威纪录的127MPH
所以说 大威保持了八年的纪录 三天内就被两位选手追到了Orz
In her win over second-seeded Anastasia Myskina in the Western & Southern
Financial Group Women's Open, several of Williams' serves were clocked above
120 mph.
She even fired a 127-mph serve that matched the fastest ever
recorded before this tournament.
However, Serena didn't tie a Sony Ericsson WTA Tour record.

Binder said a 130-mph serve was struck here Saturday by Brenda
Schultz-McCarthy in a qualifier match, and that blast will stand as the new
record.
