某一位网友在外国威迷的网站中 贴出了她在星期五(八强赛)整天观赛後 遇到威爸 Richard 和威姐 Isha 的过程 据悉大威的膝盖确实有伤 (不知道这篇文章的可信度到底高不高) 不过大威还是会到洛杉矶帮小威加油,顺便休息 After Venus match I went to get the car, and who did my husband see but Richard himself. Richard was VERY nice, and stood in the cold and talked to us until Venus came out. He took pictures with the family and held a nice long conversation. I said Richard what happened in the third set, Richard said Venus knee has been bothering her, and it is affecting her backhand. I said this just has been a bad year for the girls, he said I agree. I asked will one of the girls be back next year he said yes he is not sure which one but one of them will be back. Then next Venus sister Isha pulls up in a truck and Richard says Ishsa is that you. She said yes, I thought that Venus was here by herself so I tried to get here, but I was stuck in traffic for four hours. She said Daddy what happened in the third set Richard's quote was "Venus is hurting and is not telling anyone" Isha shook her head like she had already knew that. Finally Venus came out and signed our autographs, but when my husband asked if he could take a picture with her she said in a very sad voice "it's cold" and got into her sister's truck and they drove off. Even though she had lost the match she was still gracious to her fans. I think it is for the best that Venus didn't qualify, Hearing it from Richard's mouth she needs the rest. He said that she will go back to LA, to support Serena, and rest. --
