yp.shoutcast.com是网路电台列表的主机，sc_serv会试图连上去把你的电台
公开在上面，所以这个跟你同学连不上来的问题无关。
若想关掉把电台公开在Shoutcast的功能，可以修改设定档：
PublicServer=never
