现在更新 3.1.5 了
而舰长三阶技能『防御火力(Defensive Fire)』没被更动
『Defensive AA Fire』应该是游戏中六阶以上巡洋舰自带的消耗品（技能）的名称

http://blog.worldofwarships.eu/developer-bulletin-update-0-4-0/）
所以是消耗品（船舰技能）的防空增益效果被砍半
其实本来就没写加多少，砍半是被砍多少我们也不知道 wwwww
