Complying requirements set by HQ Asia office directions and fulfilling all requirements set by direct reporting line. Specific Responsibilities： - Plan and execute events required by local market and directly from HQ Asia - Responsible for costing and budget management. - Manage and report timely for all events related matters. - Manage all icafes activities presence - Ensure company’s branding is presented at its best at all times for all our events. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following： Events - Creates and executes event initiatives, including those onsite at the shows; ensures successful execution of events, including VIP programs, to increase attendee and/or exhibitor acquisition and brand awareness. - Brand partnership support - coordinate all pre-show and on-site activities including the floor design, layout and signage, making appropriate decisions to ensure budgetary adherence and quality levels that meet established standards. - Planning of local iCafé activities and working closely with relevant parties to increase brand awareness and acquisitions. - Analyze event performance and prepare metrics presentation. - Updating penetrations plans and games updates promptly and timely. - Responsible for expansion plans throughout the country. - Provide support to all regional events required by different departments. - Responsible for premiums productions and inventory management for all events ’ related. - Liaison with HQ Asia creative teams for all relevant designs required. - Sourcing of vendors that provide quality and value of money products that are related to events needs. - Partnerships sponsorships for our local events such as premiums support and prizes.
