标题[问题] win7工作列 TLB无法更改外观?

win7本身有好几个主题
我不管选择传统或着是最新的Aero
都没有办法套用TLB的Skin上去
请问板上的大大该要怎麽改?
以前用XP的时候是用windows blind去改
现在换win7後 觉得目前不太需要用WB改整套
可是现在即使装了TLB也无法改动工作列的外观
