Sebastien Loeb has made it nine FIA World Rally Championship titles in
succession with victory on Rallye de France Alsace today, a result that
crowned Citroen as manufacturers' champions for an eighth time.

With Loeb embarking on a partial WRC campaign with Citroen in 2013, the
