而且最多只能影响10个目标.
按: H大帝之志偷吃步打法哭哭
: (移除)Pyroblast now has a 3 second cooldown. The cooldown on Pyroblast is affected

炎暴术的3秒CD移除.
按: 火法:我们压迫众生
: The mana cost of Spellsteal has been increased to 21% of base mana for Fire
: and Frost mages, up from 7%.
火法与冰法法术窃取的耗魔提升至21%基础魔力 (原7%)
按: 要看基础魔力是多少, H帝王之魂有可能会出现一点问题 (但我认为机会不大)
主要是砍PVP吧.
: Glyphs
: (移除)A new Minor Glyph has been added: Discreet Magic. This glyph prevents Nether
: Tempest, Living Bomb, Frost Bomb, Arcane Barrage, and Inferno Blast from
: affecting targets more than 5 yards away from the primary target.
消除法师炸弹AE效果的新初阶雕文已移除.
按: 没差, 平常也不会用这个雕文. 顶多解某些5H成就时会有一点影响 (譬如爱狗人士)
