Mage Mage Armor The duration of all harmful Magic effects used against you is reduced by 25%, down from 35%. Spellsteal now costs 21% of Base Mana, up from 7%. Frost Frostbolt debuff now also works with the Water Elemental's Water Jet. Monk Grapple Weapon disarm now lasts 8 sec, down from 10. Paladin Talents Sacred Shield base absorption increased to 343, up from 30. Priest Cascade base damage and healing increased by 25%. SP scaling increased to 122.5% of SP, up from 97.5% of SP. Mind Sear base damage increased by 26%. SP scaling increased to 24.5% of SP, up from 19.5% of SP. Talents Cascade base damage and healing increased by 25%. SP scaling increased to 122.5% of SP, up from 97.5% of SP. Holy Chakra: Sanctuary now increases AoE healing by 25%, up from 15%. Warlock Curse of Enfeeblement (Affliction) now has a 15 yd range on the Soulburn AoE effect. Talents Mannoroth's Fury now only works with AoE damage spells. Sacrificial Pact now lasts 20 sec, up from 10. Destruction Cataclysm (New) The Warlock channels cataclysmic power, immolating all enemies within 10 yards. After 4 sec, all burning enemies within 10 yards are knocked away and stunned for 5 sec. The channelling of Cataclysm cannot be stopped and the Warlock cannot be slain until it completes. Glyphs Glyph of Curse of Exhaustion now reduces the targets movement speed by 40%, down from 70%. Glyph of Supernova (New) When you are killed, all enemies within 0 yards take damage equal to 10% of your maximum health per Burning Ember held.
