Every summer, we invite oversea Chinese students to join our service and learning program, here they will work hand-in-hand with local college volunteers and help Taiwanese indigenous people with their summer camp. During 4 weeks of time (mid-July through mid-August, specific date to be decided), we will hold a training program for both local and oversea volunteers before heading for the villages, and this year, we will be at three different village, they are Goh-Ken (过坑), Chu-Bing (曲冰) and Wu-Jie (武界), all in Nan-Tou County, central Taiwan. There in the villages, we will help indigenous people with their Bible Class and many other activities (which will be arranged by local volunteers in advance) for the children. At the end of the program, all will get together in one village for their Annual Tri-Village Gathering (三村大会合), and this year the host village will be Wu-Jie (武界). ◎How to join? We are to recruit around 12~18 oversea Chinese college students this year, which means 4~6 oversea volunteers per village.
