标题[问题] I-Call点数不能续购了.....

如题
需求：
(1) 拨打"台湾手机" "马来西亚"以及"印尼"的需求大
(2) 不需有回拨的服务
(3) 希望不要有月租费
(4) 通话品质OK 不要向SKYPE一样很LAG
(5) 可以在网路上以信用卡直接续购点数
(6) 费率当然是越便宜月好罗！
在I-Call不能用之後
实在有点困扰
可以麻烦大大帮忙推荐吗？
