We have significant trouble with Taiwan and China regarding
fraud that's why you experience problems,
but of course our defense mechanisms should not affect the
usage of paying customers like you.
We temporarily had to shut down Taiwan mobile numbers as a destination
but not as a source.

they are close to thedevelopment team and they will get back to you
with some more information,I don't have more right now.
