ψ 检举说明︰无视收件人拒收信件水球之通知继续寄送站内信，依
#14xM0aHS违规
经告知拒收信件後，接续收到被检举人发送之二封信件，
虽其目的为要求被删除文章原件，惟被检举人不待回应，
迳自连续发信，并有继续发信干扰检举人正常使用之虞，
已逾越正常使用目的。
