标题[请益] 6700XT切换画面不稳定

最近在玩跑跑卡丁车
在大厅列队准备时都会切出画面外
看网页或是看youtube之类的
都会等到要起步才切回游戏
刚切回去的几秒游戏都会卡卡的
玩了几秒後就正常了？
有跟朋友借显卡（RX570）测试
结果发现570好像比较正常
有玩别的游戏Apex，切来切去好像没这个问题
不知道有没有人刚好有玩跑跑，有人这样试过吗？
