Fixed 24p to 72p conversion issue under specific conditions
Fixed player crash issue when converting frame rate to 24fps using Avisynth

Fixed "Eanble AMD Fluid Motion Video" option issue in Version 3.0.0
Fixed decoding function issue in Version 3.0.0
