标题[请益] 这张显卡有支援1920x1080吗 ?

小弟最近想购买 24 寸 16:9 的宽萤幕来外接笔电
目前使用的笔电是四年多前购买的
显示卡是 ATI MOBILITY RAEDON X700
规格:

里面有提到:
LCD-EE™ display engine allows for support of the latest high resolution and
wide-screen notebook displays such as WXGA (1920x1200) and QXGA (2048x1536)
请问这样的意思是有支援到 1920x1080 吗
