月租$480 including simple furniture, internet, electricity, and laundry.
- We are renting one room out to a female either a student or a job holder
who doesn't smoke, has no pet, and like to be in a clean environment.
- It is in the section between North Delta and Surrey.
- Close to shopping area. ex: Scottsdale Mall Centre, etc...
- Close to bus stop which directly connects to skytrain station.
- Close to Kwantlen Surrey Campus, high schools and elementary schools
