标题[问题] q3寄回原厂出保固，东西被搞丢怎办？

我2025/6/28
买了一台Q3
使用了将近2个月的时候
在2025/8/28
我的左手控制器就突然连不上主机了
尝试了重置换电池等等各种方法没有结果後
联系了原厂准备进行RMA
拿到了FEDEX的单子
东西也寄出去了
他们也签收了
直到今天
都没有任何进度
他们的支援团队只是一直回复罐头讯息给我
说有任何进度更新会通知我
最新的回覆里面写
