标题[北美] [H1B] DS160 填写问题

想请问版上前辈
如何填写下列这题:
Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United
States Citizenship and Immigration Services?
我当初有参加绿卡抽签(DV)并且有submit DS260
在这个问题上应该是选择Yes or No 呢?
这个问题的petition是专指I-140还是没有限制?
递交DS260 是否又等於是filed an immigrant petition呢?
