We hope to extend your H-1B up until the remainder of the : school semester, right before Christmas so your employment will not be : interrupted. : You will be able to stay in the U.S. while your H-1B extension is pending. The : goal is to get the PERM certified by the end of the year and then immediately : file the I-140 petition. With the I-140 petition approval, we will be able to : get an additional 3-year H-1B filed for you while you are going through the : green card process. : Please do NOT make any international travel plans once we file the H-1B : extension without conferring with us first as this could affect your H-1B : petition. If an urgent need to travel arises, please let us know. : 信中第二段提及在 H1B extension 审查期间 在下可以留在美国境内 : 请问在 2017/10/21 之後 在什麽样的条件可以继续工作？ : 例如 H1B extension 送件了？ 拿到 H1B extension 收据号码了？ 正确递件即可 : 另外 目前 H1B extension 的审查速度大约是 3 个月 : 以不 PP 的状况之下来说 还在等审查结果的同时 : 在下的目前的 H1B 就会过期了 也会超过预计申请的 H1B 新有效期限(感恩节前) : 如此一来 在下究竟必须在何时离境？ 律师不是说了吗? 等结果期间不必离境 : 例如 预计申请的 H1B 新有效期限？ H1B Recapture/Extension 审查有结果时？ : 一直很不明白为什麽律师一直不送 H1B Recapture/Extension 早送也没意义。因为就只有这30几天，根本不够用，撑不到PERM通过 : 难道真的是因为只要送了之後 在下就可以一直留在美国境内与继续工作 基本上是这样 : 直到审查结果出来 就算是超过了预计申请的 H1B 新有效期也没关系 就算被视为逾期工作，也有245k保护，问题不大 : 若真是如此 那还真的是越晚送件越好 也不要用 PP 的确律师的如意算盘是这样 : 这样也许就可以待到/工作到 PERM 被核准 I140 也送件被核准？ 没错 : 看板上文章一直以来的印象都是过了 H1B 的有效期限後就不能工作 一般是这样，但办EB移民的人可以245k, 非法工作半年内都ok，所以此例应该没问题 : 还请各位板友不吝指正与赐教 非常感谢 -- 我的旅游部落格: http://chengyun-travel.blogspot.com --
