标题[北美] 签证费登入系统错误?

刚填完DS-160的表
要准备创一个新帐号来付签证费跟预约面试
可是在选了New User、填完email & password後
系统一直说error.... 还有两个错误
1. Your request cannot be processed at this time. The site administrator has
been alerted. (这是?? 是网站爆了吗= =)
2. User could not be created. Please ensure First Name and Last Name are entered
as they are in your passport. (这个我非常确定跟护照上是一模一样的...)
请问也有人发生这个问题吗
顺便请问一下有没有人知道这该怎麽解决....
