标题[北美] 关於F-1停留期间

之前发问过，我目前的问题如下：
因为我申请上的学校每学期在校上课时间只有2周，
所以他们只能发这两周的I-20。
今天，我向学校要到I-20的sample，不过上面完全没有提到只有两周的在校上课时间
重点节录一下：
Normal program length: 36month
Program start date: 22 Aug. 2016
Program end date: 20 July, 2019

有写信问学校这上面没有提到两周的在校上课，学校答覆如下：
It’s when I put in the session date, which doesn’t show on the I20. The
session dates - which I have to do each semester shows the actual dates on
campus.

想请问一下...既然session date都不会show在I-20里面了...我如果拿这张去
申请F-1签证的话，能申请到一~两年吗？

其实因为很急，所以我刚刚还上网付钱给美国的immigration attorney问了这个问题，
那位律师也说没问题...但学校就一再强调说他们只能发"两周"
不同人员还一再强调：

Step 2: Associate (8 months) and Bachelor (2 years) degree programs require a
student visa. For the Masters students, at this time, we can only issue I20s
for the for the two-week sessions while the student is on campus.
申请I-20时，B人员也强调：
Before we get started on your I-20, I just want to confirm that you know that
we are only allowed to issue I-20’s during the 2 weeks you are ON CAMPUS.
This is a new rule, as we used to issue for the entire time the student was
enrolled. This makes it more expensive if you originally were not planning
to fly back and forth for the three 2-week courses. I just wanted to clarify.
他虽然说是"new rule"，可是他给我的sample是今年另外一位新生的...
搞得我好混乱啊！
所以，根据学校发给我的I-20，我应该申请到1年以上没问题吧？

可是她又说甚麽session dates不会show在I-20里面？
会是他们在帮学生I-20建档的时候，要输入在SEVIS的datebase里面吗？
如果他们输入在SEVIS的database，那麽美签面试的时候，面试官会查看吗？
对我的学生签证效期是否会有影响？
