I-140在收到receipt 隔天就被approved. 但是I-485到6月初依然没消息，上网查大家EB2时程，还没看过共同申请後I-485这麽慢通知的。 前几天律师通知收到USCIS 退回I-485 申请，原因是要补I-140 approval notice. 当然律师立马补了回寄给USCIS，然後通知我说不知道为什麽USCIS把concurrent file的申请分开。 再过两天律师传来, [it looks like we were not the ones who got the I-485 rejected with I-140 premium. I’m a member of the America Immigration Lawyers Association and I just received the following message: Several members have reported that the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) is improperly rejecting I-485 applications that were concurrently filed with I-140 petitions at the Premium Processing Unit of the NSC. The NSC Liaison Committee has reached out to the NSC Community Engagement Officer about this issue and updates will be posted to AILA’s website as soon as they become available.] 请问有人遇过这种情况吗？ 後续USCIS会如何应对？虽然只是时程被拖了1-2周，不过心情难免受影响。 --
