标题[北美] OPT grace period 可以去Puerto Rico吗?

我现在在OPT grace period 之後还有打算回美国的话
可以去 Puerto Rico (不去其他国家的小岛) 玩吗? (家人来美国玩 想带他们去 Q_Q)
这样会不会被驱除出境 Q_Q
