Any time you spend outside the U.S. can be "recaptured" and added to the otherwise applicable six-year maximum stay in H-1B status. 不知道这样的理解有无错误？ 因为现在公司因为营运出状况想暂时节省人事成本一阵子 公司愿意帮我保留H1-B (I-129)，不withdraw，等营运上轨道後再让我回来 这样的话我可以人拿到I-797後马上滚出美国并且保留我的H1-B吗？ 2. 六年 假如是从第一个10/1起算六年的话，过了三年没去extend也一样是六年吗？ 还是说没去延长就没了，六年是说最多给你六年（有延长的情况下）？ 谢谢大家的帮忙 --
